the birria’s broth then grilled to perfection. Served with a dipping sauce
(consume), spicy salsa and lime.

with house-made buffalo sauce, pico de gallo, cheddar, lettuce and Azteca
ranch served on flour tortillas.
El Gaucho (Pork) ($18)
Cuban sandwich. Smoked
pork butt, black forrest ham, smoked chimichurri,
pickles, dijon mustard, mayo, provolone and swiss, Served with french fries.
Beef Empanada ($10)
One large seasoned ground
beef, cheddar and mozzarella empanada topped with our house-made garlic aioli
and pico de gallo. Served with Mexican wheel chips.

Chicken Wings ($16)

served with Azteca ranch. Flavors: Buffalo or Lemon Pepper. Add fries for +$4.
Mexican Street Corn (Esquites) ($5)
Served in a cup with corn,
lime mayo, cotija cheese and topped with chile de arbol.
Chips & Queso ($11)
Jalapeño queso
dip. Served with fresh corn tortilla chips. Make it ‘draztic’ by adding
