Thank you for your interest in booking The Drazitc Aztec Food Truck for your event. Attached are a few items to consider and forms needed for your event.

Minimum Guarantee

Like most food trucks, a minimum guarantee in sales will be imposed. If sales exceed the minimum, no additional amount is required. If sales do not meet the minimum requirement, you will be responsible for the difference in order to meet the minimum.

Gratuities are not required but appreciated.

 

§  MON-THURS: $1,500

§  FRI-SAT: $2,500

§  SUN: $2,000

Forms

The Georgia Health Department requires two permission forms to filled out for each event. One is a property use agreement and the other is a toilet use agreement. These forms are attached below and must be filled out and returned to us at least 7 days prior to the event. The permission forms must be filled out by the property owner. A leasee or renter cannot sign these forms as the Health Department requires them to signed by the property owner.
